Basic Material:

Cloth and weave (Advanced shirt T-shirt fashion shirt and so on).

Standard Specfication：16umX64cmX120m

To get the hot stamping glue (T-27) coated on fabric for 2-3 times, with 33T screen plate; then to bake at 100-150℃ for 5-10mintues (different glue different baking time needed),finally to stamp.

a) When using a circumnutated stamping machine, temperature should reach 180℃, with pressure of 4kg/cm2 for 1second.

 b) When using the stamping painting machine, temperature should be controlled within 140-160℃, with pressure of 4kg/cm2 for 15-25 seconds.

Storage:

 a) Protected from pressure, moisture, heat and sunshine.

 b) Placed in ventilated, shaded and cool place.

c) Storage time: 2 years.

Remark:

a) Our product is qualified for international criterion. Washing for 30 minute under 60℃, the color doesn’t fade.

b) Testing result will be better 24 hours after stamping.

c) Please test before mass production, as testing result may be affected by physical environment.

Caution:

When pressure, time is appropriate, but the foil still can’t be printed onto textile, there may be three reasons.

a) The foil is not suitable for the material.

b) The foil is not suitable for the glue.

c) The temperature is not high enough, and should be increased; if the color after printing is a bit shiny blue, reduce the temperature down.
